DESCRIPTION:Il y a certains cépages rouges qu’il faut absolument connaître\, tels que Pinot noir ou Cabernet franc.  \n\n\n\nD’autres sont moins connus\, mais pas moins importants\, bien au contraire. Le Mourvèdre dans le Languedoc ou le Tannat dans le Sud-Ouest\, sont tout aussi essentiels. \n\n\n\nMais il est surtout important de comprendre qu’un cépage peut s’exprimer différemment en fonction de la région\, du climat\, du terroir\, du travail du vigneron… et aussi de l’âge du vin et de son évolution. \n\n\n\nNous allons donc aborder quelques cépages rouges et leurs différentes expressions\, à travers une dégustation de 5 ou 6 vins. \n\n\n\nVins dégustés : 5 ou 6 vins rouges dégustés à l’aveugle \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSi il n’y a plus de places disponibles\, contactez-moi pour vous inscrire en LISTE D’ATTENTE.
